Two years ago I married the sweetest, kindest, and most generous man I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I feel so lucky to call him my husband and my best friend. I can’t wait to see what the next year holds in store for us. I love you Mike! :)
We are heading out on a 7 night cruise to celebrate our anniversary so things are going to be quiet around here this week. We will be back December 3rd, and I will hopefully have some pretty pictures to share of the Virgin Islands! Oh boy, am I excited to share this session! Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of photographing Emily Piriz, an up and coming musical talent. Seriously.. her voice is beautiful, and you should probably head over to youtube to listen to her cover of Demi Lovato’s Skyscraper. Last month she won The 2nd Annual East Orlando’s Got Talent and part of her prize package was a photoshoot with me. She was an absolute natural in front of the camera and I would be lying if I didn’t say that this is one of my favorite sets of images since I started this business. Thank you Emily and Mary for exploring downtown Orlando with me and for being so incredibly easy to work with. Wishing you lots of luck in the bright future you have ahead of you!

Just a little warning.. this post is picture heavy! I have never had a child her age (five!) cooperate so well for a photoshoot! For nearly two hours, this little bundle of energy smiled, jumped, ran, laughed, and took every que from me to get just the right pose. It was something to behold, truly. To be completely honest, she totally turned her little model on and was even more into it at the end of the session than she was at the beginning. This is NOT typically the case with every other child I’ve photographed. About half an hour into it, they have had enough. This cutie pie didn’t even need to be bribed. Crazy, right?! Thank you Lacie for allowing me to photograph your beautiful little one! And congratulations on the new addition to your family that will be arriving in a few months!
