Now here is the Ogle family! I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing it was to get little man to sit still long enough to get these photos. It was a serious team effort! After trying toy airplanes and the girls jumping up and down and making as much noise as possible, what finally did him in was a big chorus of the Alphabet Song. I am constantly amazed at how much I learn from every single session. This was a big one and will be kept in my back pocket for all future sessions involving on-the-go tots! Now I just need to learn how to rally the older ones….

Both families I work for went on vacation this week, so I was able to take these past few days to recover from a-not-too-terrible-but-still-extremely-annoying-cold and get caught up on editing. After driving back home after Jackie and Steven’s Wedding, I noticed the humongous Christmas tree in the Avalon Park townsquare. It was bathed in beautiful late afternoon sunlight, and I just *knew* I had to shoot there before the season was over. I knew that both families I work for were still looking for some miscellaneous (I always have to double check that I’ve spelled that word right!) Christmas shots, so by some miracle, I was able to assemble them all with less than a days notice. First up is the VanValkenburgh/Collins clan!
