Here is my third and final installment of photos taken at the awesome He Said, She Said photography workshop held in Naples, Florida last month. Photographing and watching Jean work and pose with this fabulous couple was a complete highlight for the entire workshop. I learned so much in 45 minutes that will really help me improve and better my work. I feel like I will go into couple sessions (whether it be engagement, wedding day, mom & dad in a family session) knowing that I will get all the shots I need and then some! I think I’ve always gotten “the” shots, but now I know there will be more variety and I will be able to confidently give my clients better direction. THIS IS HUGE!!
I am just so so thankful for this workshop that I was so lucky to be a part of. It has renewed my love for this craft and has inspired me to get working at it again. I have been in such a slump since my dad passed away in January, so it feels really really good to be putting my heart back into something that I love.
Next up in my world… a brand new website! I got crazy creative and designed it all this past weekend. Just waiting on my husband to take my photoshop files and turn them into a real live website! (Have I ever mentioned that I’m married to a web GENIUS? Seriously.. he makes magic happen!) I’m also going to work towards migrating my email to gmail. I am using my host/server email and have been having SO many problems. Not even sure if all my email is sending & receiving.. yikes! I think gmail has a much more reliable track record.
Without further adieu, I introduce you to our fabulous engagement couple models!

Lately it seems that all of my clients have the best smiles, and Jamie was no exception.. just scroll on, you’ll see! If she was this happy last weekend just having her engagement pictures taken, I can’t wait to see what she’s like on her wedding day! Jamie contacted me awhile back after being referred by another bride (thanks Jackie!) and we finally got a chance to shoot their engagement session down at Wiggins Pass in Naples last weekend. Jamie and Bryan were so laid back and up for absolutely anything. They were so cute and lovey dovey and total naturals in front of the camera. I am so excited for their wedding this August!

Ahh, finally! This sweet bride-to-be booked me almost three months ago, and we were finally able to get together to shoot their engagement session. We met up last Sunday at the Four Mile Cove Ecological Park in Cape Coral. Jackie said she wasn’t picky about our location, just that she wanted lots of trees. I think our locale fit the bill perfectly! Jackie and Steven are a super sweet couple that both have the greatest sarcastic sense of humor, which I just love! They are getting married in December, and I absolutely cannot wait to shoot their fun and quirky wedding!
