Oh boy! So excited to share this family session from the Cocoa Beach pier last week. Stephanie emailed me months ago to book a family session while they were in town for her daughter’s basketball tournament. The timing of this session could not have been more perfect as it afforded me the perfect excuse to extend my vacation by a few more days to enjoy the peacefulness of Cocoa Beach that I have grown to love. Since Stephanie and I emailed back and forth several times over the past few months, I felt instantly comfortable around them. They were so up beat and fun.. I especially loved when they interjected their own ideas for shots. I LOVE when clients do this. Let me know what you’re thinking and we’ll see if we can make it happen! I also have to give big props to David because he was definitely the most well behaved dad I’ve ever photographed. I know that sounds funny, but he really was great! Not only did he help jump start our car after the shoot (really, thank you!), he also gave ideas for shots, no complaining (at least in ear shot! ;) ) and he didn’t hesitate to jump right in when I asked them to do something silly, or to make “a dad face.” Thank you so much Stephanie and David for allowing me to photograph your adorable family!
