The theme this week at i heart faces is “Over My Head.” I had a really hard time finding an interesting photo for this weeks theme since no one in my life really wear hats or scarves or use umbrellas. I have some of my sister with balloons for her senior portraits, but meh. Nothing really stuck out to me. So after searching though hundreds of photos, I came across this one and thought it would be perfect! I think all photographers can relate to this picture in one way or another. We’ve all stuck our cameras up above our heads, clicked the shutter release, held our breath and hoped for the best.

This is a picture of the little one I take care of. Recently we spent an afternoon outside taking pictures. She was so excited to get new batteries in her camera and wanted to take pictures of absolutely everything. I, of course, whole heartedly support this new found hobby of hers and plan to encourage her to keep taking pictures. Doesn’t hurt to start on ’em early, right?
